My name is William Hook (as you probably guessed from the domain name ), I’m 16, and I love computers (obviously).

Now, if you’re here to find out about why I live everywhere, read on.

I was born in South Africa in 1991, and later moved to Australia in 1996. However, due to my dad’s work, I’ve moved around a lot. We moved to Perth originally, then we had to go to Japan for a while (our stuff stayed in Perth though), then back to Perth. Then we moved to Melbourne. Then Toowoomba (I can never spell that! =[ ), which is a regional town around 2 hours from Brisbane. Then we went back to Perth again. Then Melbourne, again. Then we went to Adelaide, and here’s where it gets confusing.

We stayed in Adelaide the longest amount of time, around 3-4 years (I think?). However, in 2004, my dad was unable to find work in Australia at all, so he went to the UK for a while. Because of this, the Australian government said “get out”, so we had to leave Australia (and go to the UK). Then, for some reason, a few months later we go back into Australia, to Adelaide. However, because dad found a job in Perth, we went there (this is now 2005). Then, we stayed in a furnished apartment until August 2006, when my parents finally decided to get a house.

But then, because of dad’s work, the government said get out AGAIN! So, in November 2006 we packed up the house (after moving in 3 and a half months before), and flew out to have a holiday in Cape Town. Then, in Feb 07, I flew to the UK. Good news is though, I’ve moved into a new house, and are kinda settling down a bit. Still need to find a school though.

Now, because of all this I actually haven’t been to school since (Aussie) year 6, which was in 2003. For this year, 2008, I should be in (Aussie) year 11.
